Q. I haven`t received an e-mail with eSIM QR code.



Case 1) In case of Korea eSIM Red (with Korean local phone number 010)


The eSIM QR code is not sent to the email address.


With the voucher you have received after the order, please visit SK Telecom booth in any below international airport in Korea.


There, you can receive your eSIM QR code.


    Incheon T1 : Opposite to the Gate #13 on the 1st floor (24/7) after custom

    Incheon T2 : Between Gate #4 and Gate #5 on 1st floor (24/7) after custom

    Gimpo International Airport : 'SKT Roaming’ located on the arrival floor (06:30AM~11PM) 

    Daegu International Airport : 'SKT Roaming’ located on the arrival floor (06AM~10PM)

    Gimhae International Airport : 'SKT Roaming’ located on the arrival floor (06AM~10PM)  

    Jeju International Airport : ‘SKT Roaming’ located on the arrival floor (07AM~7PM) 

    Busan Harbor : SKT Roaming booth is Busan Port International Passenger Terminal 2F (6:30AM ~ 7:30PM)



Case 2) In case of Korea eSIM Red (with Data only) or eSIM Sky


Basically, an email containing the eSIM QR code is planned to be sent to the email address you have submitted instantly.


Please check the promotion tab or spam box, too.


After that, You can ask us through the messenger(Click here) about your order with your order number.
