I've used Korea SIM Blue many times. It has always been fast, and the included outbound voice minutes have been helpful. Customer service has helped me many times as well, and I can attest that they are helpful both during the sale and long afterwards, even after the SIM card has expired. Highly recommend the Korea SIM Blue when staying in Korea.
