Q. Rejection of activation

The following reasons are why it cannot be activation.
1. If you have multiple passports, you should register the passport you used to enter Korea.
(If not > re-register )
2. You cannot apply for multiple activations with one passport (one passport = one activation)
3. If you have an alien registration card(ARC) > Unable to activation.
4. Resident registration number of Korea expired (When you register Korean passport) > Unable to activation.
5. If the passport(Korean passport) information is covered or not uploading an overseas identification card together > re-registration
