We landed at the airport, went through customs, got our luggage and then (easily) found the kiosk to pick up the wifi egg rental. We showed the employee the QR code voucher and she gave us the wifi egg and a portable charger. I didn’t read the instructions on how you use it, but it’s very easy to use. There’s a power button on the side to turn it on and it takes a minute or two to connect to your phones. It works well everywhere we go whether you’re underground in the subway or up in a tall building. The speed is plenty good enough for us to upload pictures, make phone calls through Kakao, and chat with each other and friends. The price is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to book the same service again in the future. Very happy with the purchase!

iPhone12 Pro Max (from AT&T, unlocked) The eSim was extremely easy to use as a data sim. I had the eSim QR code ready on a secondary device. When I arrived at Gimpo Airport 1) I immediately connected to the free Airport Wifi 2) went to the Cellular setting 3) Clicked the add eSim and by QR code 4) Scanned the QR code from my secondary device 5) Waited a few minutes for the phone to connect to the network (you may need to reset your phone but I didn’t have to) 6) I ensured that cellular data switching was off and that the new eSim was set as the primary data network, so it wouldn’t use my US phone line in the “Cellular Data” setting 7) enjoyed using the unlimited data! I was able to use the phone number provided with the QR code in the K-ETA and the Q-Code webpage. I did receive some random text messages with Bible versus, but I just ignored them. 10/10 would purchase again.

Went to the counter, showed my passport and installed the SIM card. took a few restarts on my phone for the number and signal to be detected, but after that it worked well. just some spotty signal if deep underground in the subways.

i accidentally purchased 2 quantities of 1-day Korea eSIM Red and i only need one (yes, i am that stupid. *note: the site already gave me heads up that i was purchasing the same product 2 times and asked me if i still want to continue but i absentmindedly tapped yes because i was panicking*) i immediately messaged the customer service for a possible refund and still got no reply but because the sim that i bought from the airport is about to expire, i decided to read once again the precautions of this site and saw that refunds are impossible (unless they considered your case carefully just like that one review here) but then thankfully, the  qr codes that were sent to me (they sent it in a flash btw, everything was so fast) were two different qr codes (as it should be because i bought 2 quantities after all)  so  ! i just decided to keep the other one for my next trip here in south korea because it can still be activated 1 year after you receive the qr code. to add, the eSIM is working well! its my first time using an eSIM and my cellular network went from KT to SKT. the signal is good and is just as fast as the other physical sim that i bought from the airport.

There were some issues, but they're trying to solve my problems as soon as possible. I was amazing that it was not their business hour. Later the issue was caused by my real sim. When you go to Korea, you should buy and use this SIM. Then your trip will be no problem at Mobile Internet Service!!

Great customer service, my SIM card was delayed due to a covid outbreak in the courier service (not this companys fault!) but as I couldn't speak Korean I wasn't able to phone up to sort something out. The manager of Korea SIM Card phoned and sorted it all out, I received with new SIM card within a few hours. Very kind customer service, would recommend! 10/10

Ordered a blue plus sim card from them to be delivered to my partner's apartment in Korea and it arrived within a few days. I had trouble setting it up and contacted their customer support on facebook and they promptly helped me and it was working within an hour! overall super convenient and easy

I had some problems with the activation of my SIM card, even though it was probably my fault they helped me until I could solve it, they were always kind and now that I can use it I can tell you that the Internet speed is fast

Make sure to a activate the SIM card by registering it before use. I wasn't aware of that and mine got disconnected. It took a few hours to get the help I needed to resolve this issue. Once I reached someone, it was easy to resolve.

I bought the e-SIM and it was super easy and convenient. If you can go that route I recommend it 10/10. The customer service support is also A+

I bought the Korea SIM card Blue for USD64. Pick-up at the airport as well as activation went smoothly. However, about 4 days into using the SIM card, I started to receive marketing calls, prank calls and even calls from unknown sources telling me that I owed them money. I also received calls in which the caller constantly referred to me as another person. I did not use this number for any purpose except for:

1) Picking up the government's calls (I am under compulsory self quarantine due to the Covid-19 situation) and

2) For a one-off food delivery service (which I had used many times before in Korea and not received any weird messages).

All in all, I feel pretty disappointed after reading all the good reviews about purchasing a SIM card from this website, I did not expect to have to face these issues.

I ordered a blue sim card for my mum (in her 70’s) to pick up at the Incheon airport. I was concerned though that she would not know how to replace the sim. But the time she arrives at the airport is 9pm, outside their office hours, so I thought she couldn’t get help around that time.So I asked a staff via facebook messenger if they have a retail store for her to visit another day and get assistance. The staff then considered and arranged with SevenEleven (a 24-hr convenience store where the sim card to be picked up by mum) and helped replacing the sim on her phone.Mum was really happy that her phone with the new sim was working well and especially with the staff who were so kind to help her. A true and a good company is being mustered by the level of their service, and mainly on times after you have already purchased the product.

And in Korea SIM I have found both. The service, the help and all they did for me before the actually purchase and pick up of the sim card was simply great.

But not less, also after 3 days after receiving it and facing an activation problem the Korea SIM support team took great care of me and handled all fast and in an efficient way. 

So I definably would recommend to but a Korea sim card.

the only problem I offer Korea SIM to fix is that those sim cards are only for tourists, and yet, the sms you get from them is in Korean.

The best choice for internet in Korea. It might be a little expensive, but trust me is worth it. You don't have to worry on searching for a SIM Card in Korea, when you arrive at the airport it will be separated to you. So the moment you arrive until the day you leave Korea you will have an unlimited internet access. And the Facebook staff is always thoughtfull and patient to assist you in everything you need.

Very impressed by this company's customer service. I was scheduled to vacation in Seoul in July, but ended up having to undergo emergency surgery at home and was grounded. In trying to recover the major costs of my cancelled trip, I'd completely forgotten about the little details like SIM cards. KRSIM emailed a follow-up after I was supposed to have picked up my card, checking to see if everything was OK. When I told them what happened and forwarded them the hospital's letter, they confirmed I'd not picked up my card and issued an immediate refund with their sympathies. They were under no obligation to do so. Attentive, honorable people over there. If I finally make it over to Seoul, I would be more than happy to patronize their business and encourage others to do so as well. So nice to find good, honest people in the tourism industry.

If you’re in need of fast and reliable 4G LTE + 100 minutes of outgoing calls and 100 outgoing texts (incoming is free), make sure to purchase in advance on their website or just find a booth at the airport terminal. Receiving and activating my SIM took only a couple minutes without any hiccups. I had the 10 day SIM Blue plan, which was cheaper than any of the competitors because of the online discount. I travelled mostly in Seoul and Busan but also went out into the countryside and I still had strong signal no matter where I went.Also, whenever I had a question or issue, the Facebook messenger customer service agent was very helpful.

Outstanding customer service. I was in the city and couldn’t get prepaid SIM from KT shop near Gangnam station. In desperation I got WiFi at nearby restaurant and found this place. I messaged them via FB messenger and got reply almost immediately (earlier today 8:30pm Korea time). The customer service rep went out of his/her way (couldn’t tell) to help me even sending me the exact location of the mini mart that sell the Prepaid SIM. The CS rep even called the mini mart to check if they have the SIM in stock! Seriously outstanding service. This CS rep solved the problem in 10 minutes what incompetent staff at said KT shop couldn’t in one hour

Great SIM and value. 10GB of unthrottled data (data can still be used after) for 15 days. To extend, just use the app and pay an extra fee.  It was the only Sim I could find that allowed top-up and had a 15 day option (instead of 10 and 30) so this was a no brainer. There's also free access to KT wifi via KR SIM customer service, which is a Lifesaver when you exceed the 10GB and want to watch videos on long train rides! Re VOIP calls, FB calls work.

The counsellor on Facebook messenger is always ready to answer. Unbelievable. That is so impressive.

Korea Sim went above and beyond to help me during my trip. I had purchased a Blue LTE sim which for some reason would only connected to 3G. After various failed attempts to connect to the LTE network, I was content with using the 3G network for the rest of my trip but was told by staff that I paid for LTE and deserves to use LTE. They went out of their way to reset the values for me and by day two I was on the LTE network! Definitely recommended!

The procedure of collecting the pocket wifi is easy, the speed is super fast enough.

Process was easy.They did not need to assist us with putting up the sim because it was ready use.

Super fast transaction, we just showed the voucher and I picked up the SIM. Amazing data connection anywhere.

The transaction ran smoothly. You just have to talk to the KT rental counter and show the voucher (sometimes, the sim card is not available in all counters tho). If the sim card is not available, the lady at the counter will tell you in what counter number can you exchange your voucher so everything is still smooth. P.S. No need to print the voucher.

it's convenient to buy a SIM card in advanced, just need the e-receipt and going to KT counter right after getting out of the arrival hall and you can get your 4G simcard. Very quick & easy!
