Outstanding customer service. I was in the city and couldn’t get prepaid SIM from KT shop near Gangnam station. In desperation I got WiFi at nearby restaurant and found this place. I messaged them via FB messenger and got reply almost immediately (earlier today 8:30pm Korea time). The customer service rep went out of his/her way (couldn’t tell) to help me even sending me the exact location of the mini mart that sell the Prepaid SIM. The CS rep even called the mini mart to check if they have the SIM in stock! Seriously outstanding service. This CS rep solved the problem in 10 minutes what incompetent staff at said KT shop couldn’t in one hour
